Can I transfer my character from one account to another in World of Warcraft?

My account was recently compromised in-game and I've spoken with Account Administration and they're not willing to undo the changes that have been done to my account. I've worked long and hard on my characters and now I have a Final Warning on my account from it being compromised. If I were to transfer my primary characters to a separate new account, would the warnings transfer with my character?

IMO, yes you can. And i don't think that the warnings should be passed onto your new account because it's a different account.
Reply:They will only allow transfers between account if the names on the accounts match. You would have to show that both accounts were owned by the same person.
