How does Yahoo decide to suspend an account?

Is there any system to Yahoo Answers suspending an account? Reading over the appeals board, I find that different people get a different number of violations before their account is suspended, and some get none at all! Is there a system, or does it depend on the violation?
How does Yahoo decide to suspend an account?
It depends on many factors. For things like adult content, spamming, or other 'hard core' violations, an account can be terminated immediately, no warning at all, no prior violations.

For other, lesser offenses, it will depend on the severity and frequency of the violations. So someone can get 10 in one day and be GONE and someone else can get 10 in one month and stay around.

Also, I believe that if there is a prior HISTORY of termination for the same or similar type of behavior (and yes, THEY can tell, even if we can't), there is less room for error and accounts will be closed more quickly. But I have no proof of this, just my own analysis of what I've seen happen on the site.
Reply:if someone done something that violated yahoo rules.
Reply:this is my second account from being suspended on another one. In that suspended account I can do everything except Yahoo!Answers. I still don't know why it was.
