I do know the name of the bank and I do remember my SSN if that helps. I need to know my bank account and routing number without the help of checks being that i don't use or even have any. Is it true that if i go to my bank and they request id, and i tell them my ssn, they will tell me the info i need?

Reply:yes they will. sometimes the info is also on the bank statement they mail you monthly. I am assuming you do have a bank account? if you do, look on the preprinted deposit slips. it is on there.
Reply:The bank will tell the routing number to anyone. Itis the banks number. It is public info, just give them a call. As far as the account #, you may be able to call and get your account # by answering some questions about yourself and your account. Depends on the banking institution. Otherwise, I would probably just stop by one of the branches and ask them to give you both. Show them you drivers license or state issued id and they will give it to you.
