How do I set up my email account on both my PC and laptop?

I can send from my PC but it's not receiving. My laptop is OK though both sending and receiving.
How do I set up my email account on both my PC and laptop?
Generally speaking -





First, ensure you are using an IMAP account and not a POP account. (With IMAP accounts the mail store is on the server with a local copy, with POP mail is usually deleted from the server after being downloaded).





Then consult your service provider for the account and server settings.





Then consult the manual for your email client to see how to set up an account with those settings.
Reply:If your using outlook, on your laptop you have to tell outlook to save a copy on the server, this way you can pull down on both accounts. found this in more settings in outlook.
Reply:are you logging into your email address on your pc, you need to sign in and save it on your PC then it should be the same on both machines.
Reply:remove from your pc and then re-install the details, same as on laptop details.
