Buying and selling accounts are against WoW's TOS/EULA and can result in the account being permanently banned.





There are also a number scams associated with buying accounts. You might pay the money and then never get the account information. The person selling the account could also reclaim the account at any time.





You are much better off creating your own account and leveling your own character.
Reply:You would probably get alot more enjoyment out of starting from level one and leveling that way. You would get to experience the majority of the game that you wouldnt get to if you just bought an accoutn with an 80 on it. Plus as you level your character you get a better understanding of it. Since you get new spells and abilities over time instead of all at once, it allows you to know your spells better, so you can know when to use them andexactly what they do. Its the same way with talents. when you buy an accoutn where there is already an 80, you gedt everything just thrown at you,and its common for people that do that to have a wtf period. lol if that makes sense to you. But if you do decide to buy an account, make sure you dont tell anybody tis bought, because then you would lose the respect of alot of experienced players. I hope this helps =D
Reply:it depends on what YOU want to do.





if you want to learn how to play the class, and not get yelled at in raids, then i suggest you start from level 1.





if you want to just start heroics, raids, ect. right away, then i suggest that you buy a character.





i myself think that buying a character is a waste of money, but thats just me. best of luck :)
Reply:Its much better to level the character yourself rather than buy one.


This way you can learn to play the game and your class well.


I really recommend you do it this way as others will not like the fact you bought a account, nor blizzard because if they knew you had bought it then they will turn the account off.





So id say level to 80. Its worth it that way. And dosnt take that long :D

Reply:If you really want to get to lvl 80 fast, all you need to do is find someone to do the refer a friend. Just like the guy up there offered to do with you...heck I'd do it too :P





I have no respect for people who show up in game out of the blue and expect to know how to play the game...it causes deaths and way too much wasted time on the part of other players simply because you didn't want to level the toon yourself.





I too would be willing to offer the refer a friend hand, all I would need is your email adress and I'd send an invite to you for it. while our toons are grouped and leveling, we would both get experience bonus for killing and completing quests.

the realm I have both of my lvl 80's on is Icecrown, but I'd be willing to start one on a different realm if you want...though it would be alot easier to stay on the same realm so we don't have to scrounge for gold and runs etc.
Reply:I play WOW and love it. The single best way to get to level 80 very fast without having your account banned is to get an INGame leveling guide.





This way you could level in 6-7 days. There are two guides I will give you links for in a second. One is if you want to roll a horde character and the other for alliance and horde. Here is the thing, if you go this route, you could actually sell you characters if you like.





Another thing the ingame guide will do, is help you get to level 80 on ANY character you want.





Honestly this is the best way to go.
