Can this be considered property and passed on to our children and grandchildren? Or does it all belong to someone else already?

Reply:While I don't know the actual answer to your question (and really, I can't stand people who just chime in to say "I don't know"), I do want you to know that you just sent a chill down my spine at the prospect that one day, we're going to hear about a civil lawsuit regarding ownership of a deceased person's blog, Facebook account, or, heaven helps us all, Yahoo! Answers account. And I thought the McDonald's hot coffee lawsuit was stupid.
