I have tried different names and it doesn't accept them. It evidently has some answer in mind, but I don't know what it is.

May be your bank has a facility for a nickname. I personally feel, it's the name you had entered while you filled your form on the account opening day on a nickname column. Get that name. surely, that is possibly the case.
