my brother is quitting so can i transfer his main to my account?

well according to blizzard rules no. But then it also states as long as the 2 accounts have the same last name and you can answer the accounts secret question you should be ok.
I transfered my main to my brothers account when I quit playing and never had any problems. You'll still have to pay a 25 dollar transfer fee though.
